摘 要:目前光学防抖马达组装点胶后的烘烤工艺基本以人工手动放入烤箱为主,故其效率低下,产品质量不稳定,并存在一定的安全隐患。针对此问题,设计了光学防抖马达自动烘烤设备。结合先进工业技术,采用一定的机架机构、部品运送机构和电气设备,研究光学防抖马达自动进入烤箱烘烤的方法。解决了光学防抖马达组自动定位精度、受台移动时其位置精度等问题,设计了独特的夹取机构及专用马达放置治具,实现了光学防抖马达自动烘烤,降低了企业生产成本,提升了光学防抖马达的品质。At present,the baking process of optical anti shake motor after assembly and dispensing is basically manual putting into the oven,therefore,it has low efficiency,unstable product quality and certain potential safety hazards.To solve this problem,the automatic baking equipment of optical anti shake motor was designed.Combined with advanced industrial technology,a certain frame mechanism,part transportation mechanism and electrical equipment were used to study the method of automatic entry of optical anti shake motor into the oven for baking.The problems such as the automatic positioning accuracy of the optical anti shake motor group and the position accuracy when the receiver moves were solved.A unique clamping mechanism and a special motor placement fixture were designed.The automatic baking of the optical anti shake motor was realized,the production cost of the enterprise was reduced,and the quality of the optical anti shake motor was improved.
