摘 要:绝缘偏心度的控制一直是中压电缆制造过程的产品质量、制造成本和工艺控制的难点,是输配电作业采购中的重要关键指标之一。通过分析三层共挤绝缘层在生产制造、材料选用、工艺工装中形成偏心的潜在因素,结合产品技术规范要求,进行数学建模计算,制定产品工艺参数关联性适配表,用于指导绝缘层偏心度的有效控制。经长期实践表明,产品偏心度控制得到提升,制造成本降低,直接创造经济效益。The control of insulation eccentricity is always the difficulty of product quality,manufacturing cost and process control in the manufacturing process of medium voltage cable,and it is one of the important key indicators in the procurement of power transmission and distribution operation.By analyzing the potential factors of eccentricity in the manufacturing,material selection and process tooling of threelayer co extrusion insulation layer,combined with the requirements of product specifications,the mathematical model calculation was carried out,and the product process parameter relevance adaptation table was formulated to guide the effective control of insulation layer eccentricity.The long-term practice shows that the product eccentricity control is effectively improved,the manufacturing cost is reduced,and the economic benefits are directly created.
