摘 要:限速器安全钳结构作为电梯安全系统当中不可或缺的一部分,是电梯运行的最后一道安全保障措施,关系到电梯运行的安全性及乘梯人员的切身利益。阐述了限速器安全钳的工作原理,同时从限速器钢丝绳打滑、限速器棘爪不能卡住棘轮和电气开关不动作等3个方面对限速器安全钳联动试验失效问题进行了全面分析,最后对检验过程中碰到的一则案例进行分析。该案例主要是限速器夹块与钢丝绳间隙不当导致限速器钢丝绳打滑造成限速器安全钳联动试验的失效,在分析的基础上针对限速器安全钳联动试验失效提出几点应对措施与建议,为后期的检验提供参考。As an indispensable part of elevator safety system,governor safety gear structure is the last safety guarantee measure for elevator operation,which is related to the safety of elevator operation and the fundamental interests of elevator passengers.The working principle of the safety gear of the speed governor was expounded,and the failure of the linkage test of the safety gear of the speed governor was analyzed from three aspects:the slip of the steel wire rope of the speed governor,the inability of the pawl of the speed governor to clamp the main ratchet and the inaction of the electrical switch.A case encountered in the inspection process was analyzed.This case mainly refers to the failure of the linkage test of the safety gear of the speed governor due to the slip of the speed governor wire rope caused by the improper gap between the clamp block of the speed governor and the wire rope.Based on the analysis,some countermeasures and suggestions were put forward for the linkage test failure of governor safety gear,so as to provide reference for later inspection.
