摘  要:电梯的不断普及给人们带来了极大便利,已经成为人们日常出行的必需设备。但电梯在运行中也存在多种故障,尤其是制动器的失效可能对乘梯人员的人身安全构成巨大的威胁。曳引机制动器是保障电梯安全运行的核心部件,但其在长期连续使用状态下,制动器的制动效果和响应速度等性能都可能下降,引发电梯轿厢运行不稳或制动失灵,存在安全风险,因此加强制动器的检验非常必要。阐述了曳引机制动器的结构形式及主要功能,分析了存在的常见问题,对制动器的检验以及检验中的制动器开合闸不同步、制动器延时抱闸等两则案例进行分析探讨,以供相关参考。The continuous popularization of elevator has brought great convenience to people and has become a necessary equipment for people’s daily travel.However,there are many kinds of faults in the operation of elevator,especially the failure of brake,which may pose a great threat to the personal safety of elevator passengers.Traction machine brake is the core component to ensure the safe operation of elevator,but under the condition of long-term continuous use,the braking effect and response speed of the brake may decline,resulting in unstable operation or braking failure of elevator car,which has safety risks.Therefore,it is very necessary to strengthen the inspection of brake.The structural form and main functions of the traction machine brake were expounded.The common problems were analyzed.The inspection of the brake,the asynchronous opening and closing of the brake and the delayed holding brake in the inspection were analyzed and discussed,so as to provide relevant reference.
