公共卫生事件中的中国政府与民众--基于KBS电视新闻报道的分析

摘　　要：新冠疫情肆虐全球,中国政府与民众彰显出大国风范与担当.而在高度媒介化的全球环境中,国际媒体对中国抗疫的报道直接关系着中国在国际上的形象与地位.本文选择与中国关系较为紧密的韩国媒体KBS电视新闻报道作为研究对象,运用叙事传播理论,对2019年12月至2020年6月间KBS关于中国疫情的电视新闻报道做较为详细的内容分析,得出KBS电视新闻以较为全面的新闻主题,中国政府与民众的权威信源,概要式时间逻辑的叙事情节,形成较为客观地反映中国疫情变化、报道中国政府与民众积极抗疫的新闻事实,为中国疫情的对外传播起到较为客观正面的引导作用,并提出中韩正向积极的国际关系与中国抗疫成功的示范作用是KBS选择以上报道策略的原因.总之,面对重大突发事件的国际传播,国家应当在强化媒体自身报道策略的基础上巩固国际关系,由此形成正向积极的媒体形象与媒体引导.The coronavirus is raging around the world,and the Chinese government and people have demonstrated their great power and responsibility.In a highly mediated global environment,the reports of the international media on China's anti-epidemic are directly related to the image and status of China in the world.This article selects KBS TV news reports,a Korean media that has a close relationship with China,as the research object,and employs narrative.communication theory to do a more detailed content analysis of KBS TV news reports about the coronavirus in China from December 2019 to June 2020.KBS TV News apply to a more comprehensive news theme,an authoritative source of the Chinese government and people,and a narrative polt of summary time logic to form a more objective response to the changes in the coronavirus in China,and report the news facts that the Chinese government and people are actively fighting the epidemic.The external communication of the epidemic plays a more objective and positive guiding role.There are several reasons why KBS chose the above reporting strategy,such as the positive international relations between China and South Korea as well as the successful demonstration of China's anti-epidemic effect.In short,when facing all kinds of major emergencies,international com munication must consolidate international relations on the basis of strengthening the media's own reporting strategies,so that a positive media image or media guidance may be available to form.
