网络信息时代高校院系资料室发展困境与出路

摘　　要：随着网络信息时代的到来,我国高校院系资料室的发展面临一系列困境,其生存面临严峻考验。在对高校院系资料室作用与优势进行阐述的基础上,对其面临的发展困境及原因进行了深入分析,并据此提出了摆脱困境的有效途径:明确定位,健全管理体制;加大经费投入,不断完善软硬件设施;加强业务培训与协调,提高资料员综合素质;聚焦学科发展前沿,拓展与创新服务功能。With the development of network information,the college reference rooms in China are facing many difficulties.On the basis of expounding the functions and advantages of the college reference rooms,this paper makes a thorough analysis of their difficulties,and accordingly puts forward the effective ways to get rid of the difficulties:clarifying the position and improving the management system;improving the funding mechanism and constantly perfecting the hardware and software facilities;improving the professional training and coordination mechanism and upgrading the comprehensive quality of the librarians;focusing on the frontier of discipline development,expanding and innovating service functions,etc.
