摘　　要：在我国大力发展高等教育改革的大环境下,国内的高等院校均进行了不同程度的招生规模扩张,从而导致高校毕业生总数骤增。同时,在金融危机的影响下,我国及国外很多的企业均进行了大范围的开支缩减,员工人数削减,进而导致国内高校学生的就业形势非常严峻。集中探讨大学生就业能力影响因素,并据此提出了相关能力的提升策略,旨在保障高校学生在毕业后能够找到符合自身需要的工作岗位。Under the environment of vigorously developing higher education reform in China,domestic colleges and universities have expanded their enrollment scale in the different degrees,which leads to a sudden increase in the total number of college graduates.At the same time,under the influence of the financial crisis,many Chinese and foreign enterprises have reduced a large scale of expenses and the number of employees,which makes the employment situation of domestic college students very severe.And this paper mainly focuses on discussing the relevant factors that affect the employment ability of college students,and accordingly proposes the relevant ability promotion strategies to ensure that college students should find jobs that meet their own needs after graduation.
