双辊薄带连铸结晶辊面构型对应力分布的影响

摘  要:对铸轧熔池凝固过程中不同辊面构型的啮合结晶辊进行应力分析。结果表明:三维凹凸辊啮合时最大等效应力为23.1 MPa,应力趋于稳定后的波动范围为7.8~11.8 MPa;三维平辊啮合的最大等效应力为24.0 MPa,应力趋于稳定后的波动范围为7.8~12.2 MPa;二维凹凸辊的最大应力为40.1 MPa,应力波动范围为26.7~40.1 MPa;二维圆柱辊的最大应力为37.8 MPa,应力波动范围为25.0~37.8 MPa。Stress on the casting rolls with different surface shapes when they engage together during solidification of liquid steel in the pool of twin roll strip casting machines has been analyzed.The result shows that for three-dimensional concaveconvex rolls,the maximum equivalent stress is 23.1 MPa and the stress fluctuates between 7.8 and 11.8 MPa after stabilization;for three-dimensional flat rolls,24.0 MPa and between 7.8 and 12.2 MPa;for two-dimensional concave-convex rolls,40.1 MPa and between 26.7 and 40.1 MPa;and for two-dimensional cylindrical rolls,37.8 MPa and between 25.0 and 37.8MPa.
