摘　　要：本文全面阐述江苏沿江港口的发展现状,总体形势向好,重点货种运输保持较快增长,重点港口企业运营逐渐转好,港口投资建设加快推进。在与我国其他区域港口、长三角地区港口及江苏沿海港口的发展进行横向对比的基础上,深入分析新冠疫情防控常态化背景下江苏沿江港口发展的制约因素及影响。从加强政府政策扶持,提高港口服务能力,加快港口建设等方面提出港口发展的应对策略,推动江苏沿江港口在全面抓好疫情防控的同时实现高质量发展。This paper comprehensively explains the status quo of the development of Jiangsu’s ports along the Yangtze River.The overall situation is improving;the transportation of key cargo types has maintained rapid growth;the operation of key port enterprises has gradually improved,and the port’s investment and construction have accelerated.Based on a horizontal comparison with the development of ports in other regions of China,ports in the Yangtze River Delta,and coastal ports in Jiangsu,an in-depth analysis of the constraints and impacts of the development of ports along the Yangtze River in Jiangsu under the background of the normalization of the prevention and control of the pandemic is carried out.From strengthening government policy support,improving port service capabilities,and accelerating port construction,it proposes countermeasures for port development,and promotes Jiangsu ports along the Yangtze River to achieve high-quality development while comprehensively preventing and controlling the pandemic.
