摘　　要：就业是百姓创造财富的源头活水,是国家大政方针的重中之重。本文紧紧围绕就业这一民生问题,阐明了山西省太原市的解决之道和各项惠民举措,以此展开“电子商务师”职业培训产品的开发与实践研究工作,创造性地提出“电子商务师”职业培训产品的设计模型,提出反向化设计、结构化呈现、颗粒化构建和协同化实施的研发策略,用以指导“电子商务师”职业培训产品的研发和实践工作。Employment is the source of wealth creation for the people,and the top priority of the country’s major policies.This article focuses on the problem of employment related to people’s livelihood,clarifies the solutions of Taiyuan City in Shanxi Province and various measures to benefit people,and launches the development and practical research work of vocational training products for"e-commerce operators",and creatively proposes that the design model of vocational training products for e-commerce operators,proposes R&D strategies of reversed design,structured presentation,granular construction and collaborative implementation to guide the R&D and practical work of vocational training products for“e-commerce operators”.
