摘 要:工业废水中的铅离子和镉离子对人类健康构成重大威胁。为开发一种高效绿色的吸附剂,本文运用自由基聚合法合成了改性木质素磺酸盐复合材料(LC),同时将改性木质素磺酸盐复合材料应用于处理Pb^(2+)和Cd^(2+)。采用傅里叶红外光谱仪、扫描电镜以及热分析仪对改性木质素磺酸盐复合材料进行表征,研究了pH、吸附剂用量、时间、质量浓度4种因素对改性木质素磺酸盐复合材料吸附性能的影响,并在此基础上探究了改性木质素磺酸盐复合材料的吸附动力学和等温线模型。研究表明,改性木质素磺酸盐复合材料具有多孔的结构,且热稳定性高。当pH=5时,改性木质素磺酸盐复合材料对Pb^(2+)的吸附容量为345 mg/g,对Cd^(2+)的吸附容量为278 mg/g。针对动力学和等温线模型的研究表明,改性木质素磺酸盐复合材料对Pb^(2+)和Cd^(2+)的吸附主要由静电吸引和化学螯合主导。此外,经过5次吸附-解吸实验后,改性木质素磺酸盐复合材料对Pb^(2+)和Cd^(2+)的吸附效率仍可达84%以上。改性木质素磺酸盐复合材料具有高效、绿色的吸附性能,能够有效地处理Pb^(2+)和Cd^(2+)。Lead and cadmium ions in industrial wastewater pose a major threat to human health,so it is urgent to develop an efficient and green adsorbent.In this study,modified lignin sulfonate composites(LC)were synthesized by using free radical polymerization method,and the modified lignin sulfonate composites were then applied for the treatment of Pb^(2+) and Cd^(2+).The modified lignin sulfonate composites were characterized by Fourier infrared spectroscopy,scanning electron micrographs,and thermal analyzer.The effects of four factors,namely pH,adsorbent dosage,time,and mass concentration on the adsorption performance of the modified lignin sulfonate composites were investigated.Then,the adsorption kinetics and isotherm models of the modified lignin sulfonate composites were explored.Results showed that the modified lignin sulfonate composites had a porous structure with high thermal stability.The adsorption capacity of the modified lignin sulfonate composites was 345 mg/g for Pb^(2+) and 278 mg/g for Cd^(2+) when pH=5.The kinetic and isotherm modeling studies showed that the adsorption of Pb^(2+) and Cd^(2+) by the modified lignin sulfonate composites was mainly dominated by electrostatic attraction and chemical chelation.In addition,after five times of adsorptiondesorption experiments,the adsorption efficiency of the modified lignin sulfonate composites for Pb^(2+) and Cd^(2+) could still reach more than 84%.The modified lignin sulfonate composites have efficient and green adsorption properties for the effective treatment of Pb^(2+) and Cd^(2+).
