摘 要:针对目前城市轨道交通广泛采用的片式消声器降噪性能不理想的情况,在对某城市多条轨道交通线路地下车站风道采用的消声器进行调研的基础上,设计一种具有新型截面布置的大风量地铁风道消声器。建立有限元模型对该消声器的空气动力性能进行仿真计算,并通过现场实测对其降噪效果进行验证。结果表明该新型通风消声器的压力损失和阻力系数均低于相同规格的阵列式消声器;现场安装的2 m长新型通风消声器在较宽的频带内具有良好的降噪效果,在500 Hz左右特征频段的传递损失超过20 dB,实际使用效果良好。The mid-low frequency noise produced from ventilation system in underground railway stations is one of the most annoying noise sources.Mufflers installed in air ducts of the ventilation system are the most common means for noise reduction.Research has revealed that the effectiveness of existing sliced mufflers is not up to the requirement.A muffler with new type of cross-sectional arrangement is developed.A CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics)model is built to simulate and assess the aerodynamic performance.A field-test is conducted to measure the sound pressure transient loss after mounting of the new muffler in an underground station.The results show that the pressure loss and resistance coefficient of the new ventilation muffler are lower than array type mufflers with same dimensions.The new muffler with 2 m length has been effective in a wideband and the transient loss is above 20 dB in 500 Hz.
