摘 要:结节病是一种全身性肉芽肿疾病,在尸检研究中心脏受累的发生率很高。心脏结节病与心血管疾病发病率和死亡率增高密切有关。传统心肌活检作为诊断“金标准”,有创且不够敏感,无创性心脏成像在评估和确诊心脏结节病中具有重要作用。心脏MRI可以为诊断心脏结节病提供有用的信息。使用不同的心脏MRI序列,如电影成像序列,钆剂延迟增强,T1和T2 mapping,可以有助于诊断心脏结节病。本文就MRI诊断心脏结节病的应用进展进行综述。Sarcoidosis is a systemic granulomatous disease with a high incidence of visceral involvement in autopsy research centers.Cardiac sarcoidosis is closely related to increased incidence rate and mortality of cardiovascular diseases.Traditional myocardial biopsy,as the"gold standard",is invasive and not sensitive enough.Cardiac imaging which is noninvasive plays an important role in the evaluation and diagnosis of cardiac sarcoidosis.Cardiac MRI can provide useful information for the diagnosis of cardiac sarcoidosis.The use of different cardiac MRI sequences,such as cine,gadolinium delayed enhancement,T1 and T2 mapping,can contribute to the diagnosis of cardiac sarcoidosis.This article reviews the application progress of cardiac magnetic resonance in the diagnosis of cardiac sarcoidosis.
