摘　　要：思政课是成人本科教育中的公共必修课,在各类社会思潮、价值观念碰撞的今天,提高成人本科思政教育的科学性与实效性已成为当前成人本科教育变革的紧迫任务。立足于现代教育技术发展背景,在分析了新时代背景下成人本科教育环境的转变与挑战基础上,从立足现实需要、构筑鲜明特色、紧抓社会思潮的角度提出新时代背景下成人本科思政教育的科学性建议,并从把握思政课堂教学的自由度、利用高质量思政课程资源、构建线上与线下互动式教学几方面提出新时代背景下成人本科思政教育的实效性建议。The ideology and politics course is a public,compulsory course in adult undergraduate education.In today’s collision of various social thoughts and values,it has become an urgent task to improve the effectiveness and scientificity of ideological and political education for adult undergraduate education.Based on the development of modern educational technology,this paper firstly discusses the changes and challenges of the adult undergraduate education environment in the new era,and then discusses the effectiveness,scientific methods and instruction strategies of adult undergraduate ideological and political education.
