摘 要:通过有限元模态分析方法研究旋耕刀棍结构的影响因素。利用Solidworks进行三维建模,同时对旋耕刀辊整体进行有限元模态分析,运算出刀辊的前六阶固有模态和振型图,分析了旋耕刀辊模态与刀辊发生共振的关系。刀轴在实际耕地过程中,工作环境及工况比较复杂,基于ANSYS Workbench对设计的旋耕机刀辊进行模态分析,得出旋耕刀辊结构的振动频率特性,实现在实际设计以及应用中避免共振,降低装置的故障率。模态分析结果表明:旋耕机刀辊的1阶固有频率为50.346Hz,远大于刀辊自转产生的工作频率,确认设计的旋耕机刀辊结构安全可靠。In this paper,the influence factors of cutter and stick structure in rotary tillage were studied by means of finite element modal analysis.SolidWorks was used for 3D modeling,and the finite element modal analysis was carried out for the whole rotary cutter roller.The first six order natural modes and mode patterns of the cutter roller were calculated,and the relationship between the cutter roller modes and the resonance of the cutter roller was analyzed.In the actual process of farmland,the working environment and working conditions of the cutter shaft are relatively complex.Based on ANSYS Workbench,the modal analysis of the designed cutter roller of rotary tiller is carried out to obtain the vibration frequency characteristics of the cutter roller structure of rotary tiller,so as to avoid resonance in the practical design and application and reduce the failure rate of the device.The modal analysis results show that the first order natural frequency of the cutter roller of the rotary tiller is 50.346Hz,which is far greater than the working frequency generated by the rotation of the cutter roller,confirming the safety and reliability of the designed cutter roller structure.
