摘  要:随着现代铝电解槽的工艺装备技术向着大容量、高效节能型的方向发展。本文概述总结了铝电解槽现有结构的特点及存在的问题,并结合生产运行过程中所涌现的大面槽壳侧板起拱变形、小面钢板上抬及摇篮架关键位置焊缝缺陷等情况,以槽内衬阴极炭块应力模拟仿真分析影响槽壳变形的因素与槽壳校正修复措施。The technology on the process equipment of modern Al electrolytic cell is heading towards large capacity, high efficiency and energy efficiency. This article summarizes the features of the structure and existing problems of the Al electrolytic cell, analyzes factors affecting cell deformation by simulating the stress of the cathode carbon lining and proposes corrective measures for cell deformation, with integrated consideration to problems that occur during production process, such as the bending deformation of large plate, the rise of small plate and defect of cradle critical weld.
