摘　　要：本文提出了一种基于三维扫描仪的中线式尾矿筑坝管理和应急救援系统,以三维扫描仪为测量手段,实现集尾矿分级和筑坝过程精细化管理、应急指挥和辅助救援于一体的综合化管理。既有利于尾矿坝安全和降低尾矿分级和筑坝成本,又为尾矿坝应急救援、排险加固等提供了强有力的支撑。A management and emergency rescue system for tailings dam with centerline embankment based on 3 D scanner is put forward in this paper. With 3 D scanner as the measuring device, refined management on tailings classification and embankment process, and integrated management on emergency command and rescue can be realized. The system can enhance the safety of tailings dam, reduce cost of tailings classification and embankment, and serve as strong support to tailings dam emergence rescue,risk elimination and reinforcement, etc.
