摘  要:本文简要介绍了铝电解槽的生产原理和延长槽内衬寿命的意义,通过对石墨化阴极特点及腐蚀机理的分析,以某企业400 kA石墨化铝电解槽为例,提出合理匹配的电解工艺技术条件和创新修补腐蚀坑的材料和方法,能减缓铝液流速、散热增加。炉底偏冷的状态下,炉底会生长和修补上一层保护层,达到保护阴极、提高槽寿命的目的,每年可创效19 992万元,减少固体危险废物15 960 t,实现了良好的经济和环保效益。This paper presents the production principles of aluminum electrolytic cells and the meaning of extending cell liner service life. The 400 kA graphitized aluminum electrolytic cell of a company is taken as an example to analyze the characteristics of graphitized cathode and corrosion mechanism and put forward reasonable and suitable technical conditions for electrolysis, as well as innovative materials and methods for repairing corrosion pits, which can slow down the flow rate of molten aluminum and increase heat dissipation. When the bottom of the furnace is relatively cold, a protective layer will grow on and repair the bottom of the furnace to protect the cathode and prolong the service life of the cell. The annual benefit can be increased by 199. 92 million RMB, and the solid hazardous waste can be reduced by 15960 t, achieving good economic and environmental benefits.
