摘 要:利用河南汝阳1 hm^(2)森林生态系统定位观测样地,设置加倍凋落物(DL)、去除凋落物(NL)与对照(CK)3种处理,连续2 a测定0~10 cm、10~20 cm层次土壤有效氮含量,旨在阐明暖温带栓皮栎林近地表层土壤有效氮受凋落物输入改变的影响程度,为人工林生态系统的经营管理及其对全球气候变化的响应对策提供基础。结果显示:土壤有效氮质量分数年际变化不明显,0~10 cm土层的土壤有效氮含量显著高于10~20 cm土层;试验2 a的后期,0~10 cm土层上,加倍凋落物处理提高了土壤有效氮含量,去除凋落物处理显著降低了土壤有效氮含量;土壤有效氮受凋落物不同输入处理及其与季节变化的交互影响,也受凋落物分解、土壤容重、土壤脲酶活性等的影响。研究表明,凋落物输入改变主要影响到0~10 cm土层的土壤有效氮含量,对10-20 cm土层的影响较弱。In order to clarify the impact of litter input change on the available nitrogen of surface soil in Quercus variabilis forest in the warm temperate zone,and to provide reference for the management of artificial forest ecosystems and their response to global climate change,a 1 hm^(2) forest ecosystem long term observation stand of Quercus variabilis forest in Ruyang County,Henan Province were selected as the research objects.The DIRT(detritus input removal and transfer)experiment with 3 treatments were set up,including DL(double litter,i.e.twice aboveground litter inputs),NL(no litter,i.e.aboveground litter excluded from plots)and CK(control,normal litter inputs).The content of soil available nitrogen of 0-10 cm and 10-20 cm soil layers were measured for 2 continuous years.The results showed that the available nitrogen mass fraction had no significant annual change.Soil available nitrogen mass fraction in the 0-10 cm layer was significant higher than that in 10-20 cm layer.At the end of 2 year DIRT experiment,at 0-10 cm soil layer,DL treatment increased available nitrogen mass fraction,while NL treatment significantly reduced available nitrogen mass fraction.The soil available nitrogen is affected by litter input treatment and it’s co-effect with the seasonal change,and also by litter decomposition,soil bulk density and soil urease activity.In conclusion,litter input treatments mainly affect the soil available nitrogen content of 0-10 cm soil layer,but have a weak influence on that of 10-20 cm soil layer.
