摘  要:钒是一种重要的稀有金属,在工业、国防等重点领域的发展中不可或缺。目前钒资源主要来自于钒钛磁铁矿、石煤和废催化剂。本文综述了国内外钒的提取方法及研究现状,对不同原料、不同提钒方法在提取效率、环保压力和产业化前景等方面进行了客观地分析。指出,今后要实现钒资源的清洁化高效利用,应加快钠化焙烧、钙化焙烧系统中钒提取率和回收率攻关,推进亚熔盐提钒和无盐焙烧提钒产业化应用进程;重点关注含钒石煤和废旧含钒催化剂提钒工艺技术的开发。Vanadium is an important rare metal,which is indispensable in the development of key fields such as industry and national defense.At present,vanadium resources mainly come from vanadium titanomagnetite,stone coal and waste catalyst.This paper summarizes the extraction methods and research status of vanadium at home and abroad,and objectively analyzes the extraction efficiency,environmental protection pressure and industrialization prospect of different raw materials and vanadium extraction methods.It is pointed out that we should speed up the research on the extraction rate and recovery rate of vanadium in sodium roasting and calcification roasting systems,and promote the industrialization and application process of vanadium extraction from sub molten salt and salt free roasting in order to realize the clean and efficient utilization of vanadium resources in the future;focusing on the development of vanadium extraction technology from vanadium bearing stone coal and waste vanadium bearing catalyst.
