摘 要:用盐酸对水淬高炉渣表面结构进行了改性处理,研究了盐酸浓度、温度及保温时间对水淬高炉渣改性效果的影响。结果表明,在同一保温时间及温度条件下,随着盐酸浓度的增加,改性水淬高炉渣比表面积、孔容增大,平均孔径逐渐减小;同一盐酸浓度条件下,随着温度、保温时间的增加,改性水淬高炉渣比表面积、孔容先增大后减小,平均孔径减小。盐酸浓度对水淬高炉渣表面结构的影响较大,实验室条件下,在盐酸3.5 mol/L、水浴温度为30℃下搅拌2 h时,改性水淬高炉渣作为复合相变材料载体表面结构的改性条件最优。The surface structure of water quenched blast furnace slag was modified by hydrochloric acid.The effects of hydrochloric acid concentration,temperature and holding time on the modification effect of water quenched blast furnace slag were studied.The results show that with the increasing of hydrochloric acid concentration,the specific surface area and pore volume of modified water quenched blast furnace slag increase at the same holding time and temperature,while the average pore size decreases.Under the same hydrochloric acid concentration,with the increasing of temperature and holding time,the specific surface area and pore volume of modified water quenched blast furnace slag first increase and then decrease,and the average pore size decreases.The results show that the concentration of hydrochloric acid has a great influence on the surface structure of water quenched blast furnace slag.Under laboratory conditions,when the water bath temperature of 3.5 mol/L hydrochloric acid is 30℃and stirring for 2 h,the surface structure modification condition of modified water quenched blast furnace slag as composite phase change material carrier is the best.
