摘 要:根据Crussard-Jaoul(C-J)分析和微分形式的Hollomon方程得到的瞬时应变硬化指数,结合显微组织,研究了不同强度双相钢的应变硬化行为。结果显示,随着强度的增加,双相钢中马氏体含量也增多,C-J曲线的拐点向低应变方向移动;590 MPa以下低强度双相钢的双屈服现象较为明显,其瞬时应变硬化指数值呈先升高再降低的趋势,存在最大应变硬化值;780 MPa及以上强度双相钢的双屈服现象不明显,两段趋于一致;在低应变下,双相钢的应变硬化速率随着强度的增加而变大。Based on the instantaneous strain hardening index obtained by Crussard Jaoul(C-J)analysis and differential form Hollomon equation,combined with microstructure,the strain hardening behavior of dual phase steels with different strength was studied.The results show that the martensite content in dual phase steel increases and the inflection point of C-J curve moves to the low strain direction with the increasing of strength;the double yield phenomenon of low strength dual phase steel below 590 MPa is obvious,the instantaneous strain hardening index first increases and then decreases,and there is a maximum strain hardening value;the double yield phenomenon of dual phase steel with strength of 780 MPa and above is not obvious,and the two sections tend to be consistent;the strain hardening rate of dual phase steel increases with the increasing of strength at low strain.
