摘  要:针对河钢唐钢1580 m^(3)高炉入炉原燃料品种多、质量波动大、降硅易致炉况失常的状况,通过优化烧结配矿结构、调整料层厚度提高烧结矿质量,优化高炉入炉焦炭结构和适当提高入炉原料品位,以及调整炉渣成分、提高热风温度、富氧鼓风和操作制度优化提高炉料透气性等原燃料和冶炼工艺措施,实现了1580 m^(3)高炉低硅冶炼的稳定生产,高炉技术指标明显改善,铁水硅含量降低了0.06%,高炉燃料比在540 kg/t的基础上降低了14 kg/t;铁水硅含量0.2%~0.5%的内控率为79.58%,稳定率提高了4.26%。The 1580 m^(3) blast furnace of HBIS Tangsteel has many kinds of raw fuels with large quality fluctuation.And the silicon reduction is easy to cause abnormal furnace conditions.Many measures about raw fuel and smelting process have been taken to realize the stable production of 1580 m^(3) blast furnace.For example,the sinter quality is improved by optimizing the sintering proportioning structure and adjusting the material layer thickness;the permeability of blast furnace charge is improved by optimizing the coke structure and properly,increasing the grade of raw materials,adjusting the slag composition,increasing the hot air temperature,adopting oxygen enriched blast and optimizing the operation system.After the improvement,the technical indexes of blast furnace are obviously improved,the silicon content of hot metal is reduced by 0.06%,and the fuel ratio of blast furnace is reduced by 14 kg/t on the basis of 540 kg/t;the internal control rate of 0.2%~0.5%silicon content in molten iron is 79.58%,and the stability rate is increased by 4.26%.
