摘  要:随着钢铁行业快速发展,环保减排也越来越严格。针对半干法钙基烟气脱硫后副产物回填或堆放而污染环境的问题,探讨了其高效资源化利用途径。通过对比脱硫副产物在水泥缓凝剂、矿渣微粉添加剂、保湿型干混砂浆、烧结、蒸压砖等方面应用的优缺点,认为利用钙基脱硫副产物制备建筑材料是一个较好的选择。同时,以硫酸钙和亚硫酸钙稳定性为研究点,提出了对其进行改性的方法。With the rapid development of iron and steel industry,environmental protection and emission reduction are becoming more and more strict.Aiming at the problem of environmental pollution caused by backfilling or stacking of by-products after semi-dry calcium based flue gas desulfurization,the ways of efficient resource utilization are discussed.By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of desulfurization by-products in cement retarder,slag powder additive,moisturizing dry mixed mortar,sintering and autoclaved brick,it is considered that using calcium-based desulfurization by-products to prepare building materials is a better choice.At the same time,taking the stability of calcium sulfate and calcium sulfite as the research point,the modifying method is put forward.
