摘 要:以某烧结机脱硝项目中运行6个月的中温SCR脱硝催化剂为研究对象,利用酸洗方式对失活的催化剂进行再生,在模拟烧结烟气条件下,对比了失活催化剂、再生催化剂和新鲜催化剂的脱硝活性,并通过XRF、TG、BET等检测手段对催化剂、堵塞物和烧结飞灰进行了表征。结果表明,在300℃以上温度运行,可有效避免硫酸氢铵对催化剂的不利影响;碱金属和重金属的共同作用使得催化剂活性位点减少和比表面积下降,导致催化剂灭活,其中碱金属中毒是催化剂失活的主要原因。Taking the medium temperature SCR denitration catalyst running for 6 months in a sintering machine denitration project as the research object,and the regeneration on the deactivated catalyst was carried out by picking.The denitration activities of deactivated catalyst,regenerated catalyst and fresh catalyst were compared under the condition of simulated sintering flue gas.Meanwhile,XRF,TG and BET were used to the characterize by catalyst,blockage and sintering ash.The results showed that the effect of ammonium bisulfate on the catalyst can be effectively avoided when the temperature is above 300℃.The combined action of alkali metals and heavy metals reduces the active sites and specific surface area of the catalyst,resulting in the deactivation of the catalyst.Alkali metal poisoning is the main reason for the deactivation of the catalyst.
