摘 要:目的:通过元分析梳理反社会行为人群大脑白质微结构的变化情况。方法:检索Web of Science和中国知网等收录的有关反社会行为人群大脑白质微结构的文献,采用AE-SDM软件进行元分析。结果:反社会行为组各向异性分数显著下降的脑区主要为左侧下额枕束(延伸至钩束、纹状体等)和右侧额极束(延伸至钩束和胼胝体等),且该脑区与前期所做灰质结构异常脑区具有较高一致性。纤维追踪结果显示上述纤维束主要集中于大脑左侧钩束、下额枕束、穹窿和胼胝体以及右侧钩束和胼胝体膝部。结论:反社会行为人群白质微结构异常主要是钩束和下额枕束等与前额叶有关的纤维束,且该结果与灰质结构异常脑区具有高度一致性,说明该人群可能同时存在白质和灰质结构的异常。Objective: Using Meta analysis to sort out literature about the changes of white matter microstructure in brain among people with antisocial behavior. Methods: Retrieving literature about the white matter microstructure of brains among AB population by Web of Science and CNKI et al. Using AE-SDM software to perform voxel-based Meta analysis.Results: The brain areas where fractional anisotropy significantly decreased in the antisocial behavior group were mainly left inferior fronto-occipital fasciculus(extending to the uncinate fasciculus and striatum, etc.) and the right frontal pole fasciculus(extending to the fasciculus such as uncinate fasciculus and corpus callosum, etc.). These brain areas were consistent with abnormal gray matter structure in previous study. Fiber tracking results showed that the fiber fasciculus with reduced fractional anisotropy were mainly amass in the left uncinate fasciculus, the inferior fronto-occipital fasciculus, fornix and the corpus callosum, and the right uncinate fasciculus and the genu of corpus callosum. Conclusion: The abnormalities of white matter microstructure in antisocial behavior population are mainly fiber fasciculus that related to prefrontal lobe, such as uncinate fasciculus and inferior fronto-occipital fasciculus. Besides, these results are highly in line with results of abnormal area in gray matter among antisocial behavior population. These findings indicate that antisocial behavior population may have abnormal structure in white matter and gray matter structure simultaneously.
