摘　　要：目的:探讨社会奖赏对海洛因戒断者工作记忆刷新能力的影响。方法:选取33名符合精神疾病诊断与统计手册第四版(DSM-IV)阿片类药物依赖诊断标准的男性海洛因戒断者,以及年龄、受教育年限相匹配的32名正常成年男性。考察两组被试在社会奖赏和无奖赏条件下的N-back任务上的反应时和正确率。结果:海洛因戒断组在社会奖赏条件下的反应时与无奖赏条件下的反应时不存在显著性差异,对照组在社会奖赏条件下的反应时显著短于无奖赏条件下的反应时。在1-back任务中,对照组的正确率与海洛因戒断组的正确率不存在显著性差异,在2-back任务中,海洛因戒断组的正确率显著低于对照组的正确率。结论:社会奖赏对海洛因戒断者工作记忆刷新能力的促进作用受损;海洛因戒断者的工作记忆刷新能力存在损伤。Objective: To explore the influence of social reward on the ability of working memory updating function of heroin abstainers. Methods: Thirty-three male heroin abstainers who met the diagnostic criteria of opioid dependence in Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders IV(DSM-IV) and thirty-two adult males matched on ages and years of education were selected. The reaction time and accuracy of N-back task under the conditions of social reward and nonreward were investigated, and the effect of social reward on the ability of working memory updating function of the two groups was compared. Results: There was no significant difference between the response time under social reward condition and that under no reward condition in the heroin abstainers group, and the response time under social reward condition in the control group was significantly shorter than that under no reward condition. In the 1-back task, there was no significant difference between the correct rate of the control group and that of the heroin abstainers group, while in the 2-back task, the correct rate of the heroin abstainers group was significantly lower than that of the control group. Conclusion: The effect of social reward on the working memory updating function of heroin abstainers is impaired. The working memory updating function of heroin abstainers is impaired.
