摘 要:认知行为疗法(Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, CBT)是儿童青少年焦虑障碍的一线心理治疗方法。儿少焦虑障碍的发生和维持与父母养育方式以及一系列学习过程(替代学习、信息传递和强化)有密切联系,儿少焦虑障碍CBT的父母干预受到越来越多的关注。本文阐述了儿少焦虑障碍CBT父母干预的基本原理,根据父母在治疗中角色的不同将其分为作为孩子治疗的促进者和主要干预对象两种类型。对儿少焦虑障碍CBT父母干预的方案和内容进行了系统梳理和总结,并对未来研究提出了展望,为儿少焦虑障碍的有效干预提供参考。Cognitive Behavioral Therapy(CBT) is the first-line psychological therapy for children and adolescents with anxiety disorders. The development and maintenance of childhood anxiety disorders may be closely linked to parenting styles and a series of learning processes(alternative learning, information transfer and reinforcement). Parent intervention in CBT for childhood and adolescent anxiety disorders has been receiving increasing attention. This article described the rationale for parent intervention in CBT for children and adolescents with anxiety disorders and divided parent intervention into two forms according to the role of parents in the treatments: as the facilitators and the main targets of intervention. This article systematically combed and summarized the programs and content of parent intervention in CBT for children and adolescents with anxiety disorder, and put forward the outlook for future study, so as to provide reference for effective intervention of children and adolescents with anxiety disorder.
