摘 要:在梳理南方电网AGC调频需求基础上,结合当前广东调频市场规则及试运行情况,研究了电池储能参与南方区域电力系统调频的发展机会。针对深圳地区具体电池储能调频项目,分析了建设条件、技术方案、项目效益及财务可行性。研究表明,电池储能参与南方区域电力系统调频服务具有广泛需求空间及投资效益,可作为将来重要的发展方向。Considering the demand for AGC frequency modulation in China Southern Power Grid,and the current regulations and trial operation conditions of the frequency modulation market in Guangdong Province,the development opportunities of battery energy storage in frequency modulation of power systems in southern China are studied.The construction conditions,technical plan,project benefits and financial feasibility of a battery energy storage frequency modulation project in Shenzhen are analyzed.It shows that the participation of battery energy storage in frequency modulation service of power systems in southern China is of extensive demand and investment benefits,which can be regarded as an important development direction in the future.
