摘 要:电池储能可以削峰填谷,改善企业用能行为,降低用电成本,已在用户侧得到广泛应用。针对东莞某大耗能企业,梳理其电池储能的应用模式和充放电策略,根据其用电负荷曲线和峰谷电价机制,详细测算了配置不同类型储能电池情景下,优化充放电策略进行削峰填谷的收益情况。研究表明,利用电池储能峰谷套利和降低需量电费是用户侧节能降本的有效途径。Battery energy storage can improve the energy consumption behavior of enterprises with peak load shifting and reduce power consumption cost,which has been widely adopted on the user side.According to the power load curves and the on and off peak electricity price mechanism of a large energy consuming enterprise in Dongguan,the application mode and the charging and discharging strategy of the battery energy storage system are discussed.The possible benefits from peak load shifting by optimizing the charging and discharging strategy with different types of energy storage batteries are calculated.The results show that the battery energy storage is an effective way to save energy and reduce cost on the user side by on and off peak arbitrage and electricity demand charge reduction.
