摘  要:建立测定复合酚中醋酸含量的高效液相色谱方法。采用C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以0.05%磷酸水溶液为流动相A,以乙腈为流动相B进行梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 mL/min,二极管阵列检测器,提取波长为210 nm,进样量为10μL。试验结果表明,醋酸在0.112~2.246 mg/mL的浓度范围内与峰面积呈现良好的线性关系(r=0.9995);平均加标回收率(n=9)为99.68%,RSD为0.48%。该方法操作简单,准确性、重复性、精密度、耐用性良好,为复合酚制剂标准的修订提供了技术支持。This study aims to establish a high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)test method for the determination of acetic acid in compoud phenol.It was tested with C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)column,using 0.05%phosphoric acid solution as mobile phase A and acetonitrile as mobile phase B for gradient elution,flow rate was 1.0 mL per minute.Using photo diode array detector,the extract wavelength was 210 nm and injection volume was 10μL.In this paper,The test results showed that acetic acid had a good linear relationship in the range of 0.112~2.246 mg/mL(r=0.9995).The average recovery rate(n=9)was 99.95%and the RSD was 0.48%.The method is simple to operate and has good accuracy,repeatability,precision and durability,which provides a technical support for the improvement of the preparation standard.
