摘　　要：为了解决特宽幅高单位面积质量亚麻/黏胶面料平幅加工的生产难点,分析并确立了全工序降低车速、退浆氧漂-冷轧漂液-脱氯氧漂的前处理工艺;染色采用打底机轧染工艺,然后焙烘、水洗。生产实践证明,面料各项指标均达到客户要求,提升了产品的质量与产量,获得了良好的经济效益。In order to solve the difficulties in the flat processing of the extra-wide and high-weight linen-viscose fabric, the pretreatment process of reducing speed, desizing and oxygen bleaching-cold rolling bleaching solution-dechlorination and oxygen bleaching were analyzed and established. The dyeing process is pad dyeing with a primer, then baking and washing. The production practice proves that all the indicators of the fabric meet the customer′s requirements, improving the quality and output of the product and obtaining good economic benefits.
