危重早产儿袋鼠式护理方案的探索与实践

摘　　要：目的:帮助危重早产儿尽早康复,提高危重早产儿护理质量。方法:医院新生儿科联合医院感染控制科、产科、医务社会工作部等部门,通过组建多学科合作团队、制定工作规范和质量评价标准等综合措施,探索建立了危重早产儿袋鼠式护理方案并应用于临床。结果:该方案的构建和应用有效地促进了早产儿生长发育及亲子关系的建立,有助于加强医患沟通交流。结论:该方案的应用是一次成功的尝试,目前已在湖南省内47家医联体单位开展,并推广至全国多地。Objective:In order to enhance nursing quality and promote better and faster recovery of critically ill premature infants,a standardized Kangaroo Mother Care(KMC)was explored and constructed.Methods:We established a multi-disciplinary team which was led by the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and assisted by the Obstetrics Department,the Nosocomial Infection Management Department and the Medical Social Work Department.The team then together set the work regulations of KMC and relevant training strategies to make sure its application in clinical practice.Results:The construction and implementation of KMC has not only effectively promoted the growth and neurological development of premature infants but also strengthened parent-infant bounding through skin-to-skin contact.Besides,it has also enabled open communication between medical staff and parents to harmonize the doctor-patient relationship.Conclusion:The KMC turns out to be a successful attempt of cross-cultural adaptation.It has so far been carried out in 47 hospitals within a medical treatment partnership system in Hunan Province and promoted to many other cities across the country.
