摘　　要：目的:开发与使用智能多终端护理质控系统,加强护理信息化建设,提高护理质量和工作效率。方法:组建项目小组,设计开发智能多终端护理质控系统并应用于临床,功能模块包括标准资源库、检查管理、报表汇总、基础设置等。结果:智能多终端护理质控系统运行后,临床护理质量问题发现率提高(P<0.05),护理质量检查计划制定、信息录入、统计分析耗时缩短(P<0.05),护士长巡查病房的执行率及护士对质控方式的满意度上升(P<0.05)。结论:智能多终端护理质控系统的建立与应用,促进护理管理科学化,提高了护理管理的效率和质量,有利于降低管理成本,促进护理质量的持续改进,加快护理管理信息化建设。Objective:To develop and use the intelligent multi-terminal nursing quality management system,so as to strengthen the construction of nursing information,improve the quality of nursing and work efficiency.Methods:A project team was set up to design and develop a multi-terminal nursing quality management system and apply it to the clinical practice.Functional modules included standard resource database,inspection management,report summary,basic setting,etc.Results:After the application of the intelligent multi-terminal nursing quality management system,the detection rate of clinical nursing problems was increased(P<0.05);the time for making nursing quality inspection plan,entering information and conducting statistical analysis was shortened(P<0.05);the execution rate of the head nurse's ward inspection and the satisfaction of nurses to the quality control method were increased(P<0.05).Conclusion:The establishment and application of the intelligent multi-terminal nursing quality management system can promote the scientific nursing management,improve the efficiency and quality of nursing management,help to reduce the management cost,promote the continuous improvement of nursing quality,and speed up the nursing management informatization.
