摘  要:目的:探讨国家标准化代谢性疾病管理中心(National Metabolic Management Center,MMC)管理对糖尿病患者血糖控制和饮食行为的影响。方法:回顾2017年6月至2020年4月进入上海市某三级甲等医院MMC并完成1年随访的1?594名2型糖尿病患者,观察经过1年管理的患者血糖等代谢指标和饮食行为的变化。结果:经过1年管理,患者的血糖、血压、甘油三酯和胆固醇较基线明显下降(P<0.05)。同时MMC患者在每日蔬菜水果摄入总量和每日蔬菜摄入量的行为改变较基线有明显改善(P<0.05)。结论:MMC管理可改善糖尿病患者的血糖水平,并帮助患者更好的建立健康的糖尿病饮食行为。Objective:To explore the effects of National Metabolic Management Center(MMC)in management of blood glucose and dietary behavior in patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods:Records of 1594 patients who entered the MMC of a Grade III Level A hospital in Shanghai from June 2017 to April 2020 were reviewed.These patients were regularly followed by the center for a year.The blood glucose level after 1 year was observed.The effects on dietary behavior were also observed.Results:After 1 year of MMC management,the blood glucose,blood pressure,triglycerides and cholesterol level of patients decreased significantly compared with baseline(P<0.05).Patients significantly changed their daily vegetable and fruit intake behavior and daily vegetable intake behavior than baseline(P<0.05).Conclusion:MMC management can effectively improve the blood sugar levels in patients with type 2 diabetes,and the Center can help patients better establish healthy diabetes eating behaviors.
