摘　　要：就共享门诊的概述、实施共享门诊的意义以及共享门诊在慢性病中的应用现状进行综述,旨在提高我国医务人员对共享门诊的认识,为探索新型慢性病管理模式,改善其管理效果提供参考。This article summarized the concept and significance of Shared Medical Appointment(SMA),and the current status of the application of SMA in chronic diseases.It is expected to improve the understanding of shared medical appointments among medical staff in China,explore new chronic disease management model,and provide information to enhance the effects of chronic disease management.
