摘 要:在严寒地区的近零能耗建筑中,外窗传热系数对能耗影响较大。但是随着窗户保温性能的不断提升,外窗投资造价急剧增加,节能效益与增量成本比值较低,不利于近零能耗建筑推广。基于高原严寒地区太阳能资源丰富且光伏产业发达,本文提出将节能外窗的投资用于购置光伏发电系统+普通外窗,引入光伏采暖保证系数与光伏富余系数计算最适宜外窗传热系数。结果显示,在满足采暖需求下,外窗传热系数为1.8 W/(m^(2)·K)时,总投资最低且全年富余发电量最大。The promotion of near zero energy buildings is an effective measure to alleviate the energy shortage and solve the social and economic development and the shortage of energy supply.In nearly zero energy buildings in severe cold zones,the heat transfer coefficient of the outer window has a great influence on the energy consumption.However,with the continuous improvement of the thermal insulation performance of windows,the investment cost of exterior windows increases sharply.The ratio of energy-saving benefit to incremental cost is low,which is not conducive to the promotion of nearly zero energy buildings.Qilian County is rich in solar energy resources and developed photovoltaic industry.Based on this,this paper proposes to use the investment of energy-saving external windows to purchase photovoltaic power generation system+ordinary external windows.The most suitable heat transfer coefficient of outer window is calculated by photovoltaic heating guarantee coefficient and photovoltaic surplus coefficient.The results show that when the heat transfer coefficient of the outer window is 1.8 W/(m^(2)·K),the total investment is the lowest or the annual surplus power generation is the largest under the premise of meeting the heating demand.
