摘  要:近几年,国家、各地政府、企业响应国家号召纷纷加大清洁能源推广力度,打起了“低碳、零碳”战略。大力发展空气源热泵设备替代现有气荒和气候问题的态势已经不可逆转,但在设计和应用过程中拥有许多问题。本文经过典型案例总结,发现空气源热泵机组在制取热水、采暖、干燥领域方面制热功率影响因素非常多,理论计算热功率和实际相差非常大。运行数据表明:不论涡旋式、螺杆式空气源热泵,室外环境温度、机组出水温度、机组进水温度都对机组制热具有不同程度的影响。本文经过曲线拟合,给出各个因素对机组制热影响曲线以及符合实际的影响函数,供实际应用参考,以便更好更准确的改进设备选型和设计。In recent years,the state,local governments and enterprises have increased the promotion of clean energy and implimented the"low-carbon,zero carbon"strategy in response to the national call.The trend of vigorously developing air-source heat pump equipment to replace the existing gas shortage and to mitigate climate changes is irreversible,but there are many problems in the process of its design and application.Through the summary of typical cases,it is found that there are many factors affecting the heating power of air-source heat pump unit in the fields of hot water production,heating and drying,so that the theoretical thermal power is very different from the actual practice.The operation data showed that the outdoor ambient temperature,unit outlet water temperature and unit inlet water temperature have varying degrees of influence on the heating of the unit,regardless of the scroll or screw air-source heat pump.Through curve fitting,this paper gives the influence curve of various factors on the heating of the unit for reference in practical application,so as to better and more accurately improve the selection and design of application equipment.
