摘　　要：中国共产党的百年农民观是党在革命、建设、改革征程中对农民的独特角色、重要作用、政治地位以及农业农村工作的基本观点、总体看法和系统理论,因而也成为党以人民为中心的人民观的重要体现和组成部分。从历史演进看,党的农民观在不同历史阶段有不同的理论呈现,可主要总结为革命主力论、建设主体论、改革先驱论、发展关键论,其演进发展是历史与逻辑相统一、实践与认识相作用的必然结果。从理论渊源看,党的农民观继承并创新了马克思主义农民理论和城乡关系思想,汲取了古代统治者执政之得失的治国理政智慧,并超越了资产阶级工农城乡思想。从现实启示看,唯有强化党的全面领导、维护农民根本利益、坚持群众路线,才能进一步做好“三农”工作。The view of the Communist Party of China on farmers is the basic viewpoints,overall opinions and systemic theories on the unique role,important function,political status of farmers and the agricultural and rural work in the process of revolution,construction and reform.Therefore,it has also become an important manifestation and component of the Party’s people-centered view of the people.From the perspective of historical evolution,the Party’s view on farmers has different theoretical presentations in different historical stages,which can be summarized as the main revolutionary force theory,the construction subject theory,the reform pioneer theory and the development key theory.Its evolution and development are the inevitable result of the unity of history and logic,and the interaction between practice and knowledge.From the perspective of theoretical origin,the Party’s view on farmers inherits and innovates the Marxist peasant theory and urban-rural relationship thoughts,draws on the wisdom of governance from the gains and losses of the ancient rulers,and surpasses the bourgeois thoughts of industry-agriculture and urban-rural thinking.From the practical enlightenment,only by strengthening the overall leadership of the Party,safeguarding the fundamental interests of the farmers,and adhering to the mass line can the work concerning agriculture,rural areas and farmers be accomplished.
