摘 要:目的分析自体富血小板凝胶联合高压氧对糖尿病足患者氧化应激、炎症反应的影响。方法选取2018年1月—2021年1月该院收治的糖尿病足患者95例,随机分为对照组47例、观察组48例,对照组使用高压氧治疗,观察组使用自体富血小板凝胶+高压氧治疗。酶联免疫吸附法检测丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、成纤维细胞因子2(FGF2)、白介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平。结果治疗后,观察组患者MDA(6.34±1.25)μmol/L、FGF2 (8.96±1.04)ng/L、IL-6 (11.69±1.25)pg/L、TNF-α(14.21±1.17)pg/L水平低于对照组,SOD(93.62±10.26)U/L、CAT(49.21±6.07)U/L水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗有效率95.83%高于对照组有效率82.98%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病足患者使用自体富血小板凝胶+高压氧治疗,氧化应激反应减轻,炎症反应改善,治疗效果显著。Objective To analyze the effect of autologous platelet rich gel combined with hyperbaric oxygen on oxidative stress and inflammation in patients with diabetic foot. Methods A total of 95 diabetic foot patients admitted to the hospital from January 2018 to January 2021 were selected and randomly divided into 47 cases in the control group and 48 cases in the observation group. The control group was treated with hyperbaric oxygen, and the observation group was treated with autologous platelet rich gel + hyperbaric oxygen. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay detects malondialdehyde(MDA) and superoxide dismutase(SOD). The levels of catalase(CAT), fibroblast factor 2(FGF2), interleukin-6(IL-6), and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α). Results After treatment, the observation group patients MDA(6.34±1.25)μmol/L, FGF2(8.96±1.04)ng/L,IL-6(11.69 ±1.25)pg/L, TNF-α(14.21 ±1.17)pg/L levels Lower than the control group, SOD(93.62 ±10.26)U/L and CAT(49.21±6.07)U/L levels were higher than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The treatment effective rate of the observation group was 95.83% higher than that of the control group of 82.98%, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The use of autologous platelet-rich gel + hyperbaric oxygen therapy for diabetic foot patients can reduce oxidative stress, improve inflammation, and have a significant therapeutic effect.
