摘  要:目的研究植物药过江藤提取物合成氧化银(Ag_(2)O)对血液透析导管管周病菌培养的抗菌活性。方法用过江藤植物粉末与硝酸银混合,燃烧合成过江藤Ag_(2)O粉末。将合成粉末溶解后放置到血液透析导管管周细菌培养皿中,观察其抗菌活性。结果过江藤Ag_(2)O粉末具有良好的抗金黄色葡萄球菌的作用、较好的抗表皮葡萄球菌和抗黄曲霉菌作用。结论过江籐植物粉末生物合成的Ag_(2)O在抗血液透析导管病原体感染方面更具价值,因而可用于研制血液透析患者中心静脉导管护理用品。Objective To study the antibacterial activity of the extract of the botanical medicine guantangteng on the culture of pathogen around the catheter of hemodialysis.Methods Silver oxide(Ag_(2)O)powder was synthesized by green combustion and silver nitrate.The synthetic powder was dissolved and placed in the bacterial culture dish of hemodialysis catheter.Results Ag_(2)O powder had good effect on staphylococcus aureus,staphylococcus epidermidis and aspergillus flavus.Conclusion The biosynthetic Ag_(2)O from the bottom plant is more valuable in preventing the infection of hemodialysis catheter pathogens,so it can be used in the development of central venous catheter nursing supplies for hemodialysis patients.
