参芪地黄汤加减治疗妊娠期糖尿病的疗效及FPG、2 hPG水平影响分析

摘　　要：目的评价给予妊娠期糖尿病患者参芪地黄汤加减治疗对FPG、2 hPG水平的影响。方法于该院2019年11月—2020年11月接受治疗且与研究标准相符合的妊娠期糖尿病患者中遴选60例为研究对象,全部患者诊疗资料均完整保存,研究分组方式为随机分组法,将采取常规治疗的30例患者纳入对照组,将采取参芪地黄汤加减治疗的30例患者纳入治疗组,评估组间临床疗效、血糖水平及血脂水平,同时记录不良分娩结局。结果治疗组治疗总有效率是96.67%,明显较对照组的80.00%高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后的FPG、2 hPG、HbA1c水平均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后的TC、TG、LDL-C水平显著较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组不良分娩结局发生率为3.33%,明显低于对照组的20.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在妊娠期糖尿病患者的治疗中,参芪地黄汤加减治疗的效果较为显著,可有效改善血脂水平,降低FPG、2 hPG水平,还可改善分娩结局。Objective To evaluate the effect of Shenqi Dihuang decoction on patients with gestational diabetes for 4 weeks,and analyze the effect on FPG and 2 hPG levels. Methods From November 2019 to November 2020 in the hospital, 60 patients with gestational diabetes who received treatment and met the research standards were selected as the subjects of investigation, and the diagnosis and treatment data of all patients were fully preserved. The grouping method of the study was randomized grouping. 30 patients who took conventional treatment were included in the control group, and 30 patients who were treated with Shenqi Dihuang decoction were included in the treatment group. The clinical efficacy, blood glucose level and blood lipid level between the groups were evaluated, and the adverse delivery outcome was recorded at the same time. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the treatment group was 96.67%, which was significantly higher than the 80.00% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). The FPG, 2 hPG and HbA1 c levels of the treatment group after treatment were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of TC, TG, and LDL-C in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). The incidence of adverse delivery outcomes in the treatment group was 3.33%, which was significantly lower than the 20.00% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus, Shenqi Dihuang decoction has a significant effect, which can effectively improve blood lipid levels, reduce FPG and 2 hPG levels, and can also improve delivery outcomes.
