中西医结合护理对2型糖尿病周围神经病变的影响

摘　　要：目的分析中西医结合护理对2型糖尿病周围神经病变患者的影响。方法选择该院2019年2月—2021年4月纳入的120例2型糖尿病周围神经病变患者作为观察对象,随机法将患者分为对照组及观察组,对照组及观察组分别施以常规护理及中西医结合护理,观察干预后的患者疼痛及麻木等症状恢复情况及护理有效率、血糖水平、患者生活质量及负性情绪。结果护理后,观察组患者运动神经传导速度及感觉神经传导速度优于对照组,观察组疼痛及麻木、感觉减退症候积分、SAS及SDS评分、FPG及2 hPBG水平均低于对照组,观察组患者各项生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 2型糖尿病周围神经病变患者施以中西医结合护理干预,有利于改善患者周围神经病变症状、提升临床护理有效率,缓解患者焦虑及抑郁等不良情绪,提升患者生活质量,该护理模式具有临床应用价值。Objective To analyze the effect of combined Chinese and Western medicine on peripheral neuropathy in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods The patients with type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy included in the hospital were selected as the observation objects from February 2019 to April 2021. 120 patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group. The control group and the observation group were treated with conventional nursing and integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine, respectively, to observe the recovery of symptoms such as pain and numbness and the effective rate of nursing, blood sugar level, quality of life and negative emotions of patients after intervention. Results After nursing, the motor nerve conduction velocity and sensory nerve conduction velocity of the observation group were better than those of the control group, the pain and numbness, hypoesthesia syndrome scores, SAS and SDS scores, FPG and 2 hPBG levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, the quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Patients with type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy are treated with integrated Chinese and Western medicine nursing intervention, which is beneficial to improve the symptoms of peripheral neuropathy and improve the effectiveness of clinical care. Relieve unhealthy emotions such as anxiety and depression of patients and improve the quality of life of patients. This nursing model has clinical application value.
