注射用丹参多酚酸联合针刺治疗急性缺血性脑卒中疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察注射用丹参多酚酸联合针刺治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的疗效。方法回顾性选取2018年11月—2019年9月安阳市中医院收治的急性缺血性脑卒中患者120例,根据治疗方法分为对照组和观察组,每组各60例,对照组给予常规药物及针刺治疗,观察组在对照组的治疗方案基础上静脉滴注注射用丹参多酚酸0.13 g(溶于0.9%氯化钠注射液250 mL中),1次/d,疗程为14 d。对比治疗前后两组美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、日常生活能力(ADL)评分及中医症候评分等指标,同时记录治疗过程中两组应患者不良反应发生情况。结果治疗14 d后,观察组总有效率83.3%,对照组总有效率66.7%,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组的NIHSS评分、中医症候评分均较治疗前显著降低,ADL评分较治疗前显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组在治疗后的NIHSS评分、中医症候评分下降程度及ADL评分升高幅度均大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论注射用丹参多酚酸联合针刺治疗急性缺血性脑卒中疗效确切,安全性高。Objective To observe the efficacy of Salvianolic Acids for Injection combined with acupuncture in treatment of acute ischemic stroke.Methods Total 120 patients with acute ischemic stroke treated in Anyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2018 to September 2019 were retrospectively selected.According to the treatment methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 60 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with conventional drugs and acupuncture.Patients in the observation group were intravenously injected with 0.13 g Salvianolic Acids for Injection on the basis of the treatment scheme of the control group(dissolved in 250 mL of 0.9%sodium chloride injection),once a day for 14 days.The scores of National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)and activities of daily living(ADL)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After 14 days of treatment,the total effective rate was 83.3%in the observation group and 66.7%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the NIHSS score and TCM symptom score of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the ADL score was significantly higher than that before treatment(P<0.05).The degree of decline of NIHSS score and TCM symptom score and the increase of ADL score in the observation group were greater than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Salvianolic Acids for Injection combined with acupuncture is effective and safe in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke.
