摘 要:烟粉虱和蚜虫是黄瓜生产上危害严重的2种主要害虫,先前研究表明,蓝光对黄瓜上烟粉虱、蚜虫有较好的防控作用。以黄瓜为试材,采用盆栽方式,以蓝光和蓝光+紫外光复合光灯为光源,研究蓝光对黄瓜苗期形态和生理特性的影响。结果表明:随着蓝光照射时间的延长,黄瓜苗期株高、主茎粗、主根长、鲜重、干重和叶绿素含量均呈增加趋势,晚间蓝光处理比白天蓝光处理对苗期形态指标的促进作用更加明显,连续7 d晚上蓝光处理8 h后,黄瓜株高、主茎粗、主根长、鲜重、干重和叶片叶绿素含量比对照分别增加38.69%、58.22%、171.89%、44.41%、32.14%、19.21%,而白天每天蓝光处理8 h后,黄瓜株高、主茎粗、主根长、鲜重、干重、叶绿素含量较对照分别上升45.00%、27.86%、88.32%、49.01%、22.68%和31.15%。蓝光+紫外光组成的复合光可有效抑制黄瓜主茎的伸长,控制"高脚苗",同时对黄瓜的茎粗、主根长和叶面积生长有较显著的促进作用。随着蓝光处理时间的延长,过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)活性均呈上升趋势,处理8 h后POD、CAT、SOD和APX活性分别上升75.00%、130.56%、22.39%和51.66%。这一研究提示,蓝光对苗期黄瓜生长发育有较好的促进作用。Blue light has a better control effect on whitefly and aphid on cucumber,however,there is no relevant research on whether blue light treatment may affect the growth of cucumber seedlings.In this work,effects of blue light on cucumber morphology and enzymes activities related resistance were studied by treating pot grown cucumber under blue light and blue and ultraviolet(UV)light.The results showed that plant heights,main stem diameters,taproot lengths,fresh weight,dry weight and chlorophyll contents of cucumber seedlings had increasing tread with the increase of blue light irradiation time.Blue light treatment in the evening showed more obvious promoting effect on seedling morphological indexes than blue light treatment in the daytime.After 8 hour blue light irradiation in the evening for seven day,the cucumber plant height,main stem diameter,taproot length,fresh weight,dry weight and chlorophyll content was increased by 38.69%,58.22%,171.89%,44.41%,32.14%,19.21%,respectivily,compared with that of control,while that increased by 45.00%,27.86%,88.32%,49.01%,22.68%,31.15% with the same treatment in the day time,respectively.When blue light and UV light were used together,the elongation of the main stem of cucumber could be inhibited effectively,and the growth of stem diameter,root length and leaf area could be promoted significantly.With the extension of blue light treatment time,the activities of the enzymes showed an increasing trend.After 8 htreatment,the activities of POD,CAT,SOD and APX increased by 75.00%,130.56%,22.39% and 51.66%,respectively.Our results suggested that blue light could promote the growth and development of cucumber seedlings.
