摘  要:针对国内某汽车用等速驱动轴在车辆行驶过程中产生的抖动、异响等问题,采用数值分析的方法对不同结构枢轴式万向节(TJ型和AAR型)等速驱动轴进行动力学及辐射噪声仿真分析。建立等速驱动轴动力学分析模型,对其不同行驶工况下产生的轴向力进行分析;并基于Actran声学软件对其由振动产生的辐射噪声进行分析。结果表明:两种滑移端万向节等速驱动轴在行驶过程中产生的轴向力的变化规律相似;三销架与筒形壳体质心的偏移量是产生轴向力的主要因素;随着轴向力增大等速驱动轴由结构振动产生的辐射噪声也随之增大。In order to solve the problems of jitter and abnormal noise caused by Constant Velocity(CV)drive-shaft in the process of vehicle driving in China,the dynamic and radiated noise simulation analysis of different section type(RF-TJ type and RF-AAR type)was carried out by using a numerical analysis method.The dynamic analysis model of CV drive-shaft was established to analyze the generated axial force(GAF)under different driving conditions,and the radiation noise generated by vibration was analyzed based on Actran.The experimental results show that the variation of GAF by different section CV drive-shaft is similar.The offset of the center of mass between the tripod and the tullip is the main factor that produces the axial force.As the axial force increases,the vibration noise generated by the motion of CV drive-shaft increases.
