摘 要:采用自制三点弯曲实验装置测试了不同铺层玻璃纤维增强树脂基复合材料(GFRP)在20%的应力水平下的蠕变位移,并计算了蠕变柔量;建立了蠕变柔量的HKK模型,以此预测恒载作用下的GFRP长期力学性能,并与相关标准方法相比较。结果表明:GFRP蠕变柔量的大小与树脂含量及玻璃纤维对树脂的约束作用有关,连续纤维增强复合材料的弯曲蠕变柔量远远低于树脂浇铸体的蠕变柔量,短切毡增强复合材料则其次;由于树脂含量的不同,玻璃纤维缠绕试样的蠕变柔量小于玻璃纤维布手糊试样;HKK蠕变模型可以准确地拟合20%应力水平下的GFRP弯曲蠕变性能;采用0~1000h实验数据可准确地预测200000h的蠕变位移,表明HKK模型的准确性;采用蠕变位移的双对数直线拟合方法预测长期蠕变性能较HKK方法偏于安全。The creep displacement of glass fiber reinforced resin matrix composites(GFRP)with different layers at20%stress level was measured and the creep compliance was calculated.HKK model of creep compliance was established to predict the long-term mechanical properties under constant load.The test results show that the creep compliance of GFRP is related to the content of resin and the restraint of glass fiber on resin.The creep compliance of continuous fiber reinforced composites is much lower than that of resin castings,and the creep compliance of chopped strand mat reinforced composites is the second.Because of the different resin contents,the creep compliance of glass fiber wound specimen is less than that of glass fiber cloth contact molded specimen.HKK creep model can accurately fit the bending creep behavior of GFRP at 20%stress level.The creep displacement at 200000 hcan be predicted using 0~1000 hexperimental data,indicating the accuracy of HKK model.The creep displacement double logarithm linear fitting method is safer than HKK method in predicting long-term creep performance.
