摘 要:目的探讨本院分院门诊挂号就诊管理创新模式——预约签到的效果。方法在本院分院门诊实施新的预约挂号就诊管理模式,即门诊实行预约签到模式。统计分析门诊预约患者迟到率,采用访谈法对本院门诊医生护士对新模式的满意度进行访谈,通过第三方问卷调查本院门诊患者的满意度。结果该模式实施半年后,门诊医生接诊率有所下降。患者迟到率由实施前的9.07%降到5.10%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);门诊患者的候诊时间由实施前的[(40.53±23.48)min]减少到实施后的[(30.01±19.41)min],差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);门诊患者满意度由95.36%提高到98.28%,医护患三方满意度均比较高。结论通过分院门诊实施的预约挂号就诊管理创新模式,明显降低了患者迟到率,缩短了患者候诊时间,医疗资源得到了合理化利用,改善了患者就医体验,提高了医、护、患三方满意度。Objective Exploring the innovative mode of management of outpatient registration in outpatient clinics of our hospital the effect of appointment check-in.Methods A new appointment registration management mode was implemented in the outpatient clinic of our hospital the appointment check-in.Statistical analysis of the later arrival rate of outpatient appointments,interviewing the outpatient doctors and nurses in our hospital for the satisfaction of the new model,Through third-party questionnaires,we surveyed the satisfaction of outpatients.ResultsAfter the implementation of this model,the outpatient service rate of the outpatients is down.The patient later arrival rate decreased from 9.07%to 5.10%,there were significant differences(P<0.01).Out-patient waiting time from pre-implementation[(40.53±23.48)min]to after implementation[(30.01±19.41)min],there were significant differences(P<0.01).And the satisfaction of outpatients increased from 95.36%to 98.28%,the satisfaction of doctors,nurses and patients was high.Conclusion The innovative model of appointment registration management through the outpatient clinic has significantly reduced the patient′s later arrival rate,shortened the patient waiting time,rationalized the use of medical resources,improved the patient′s medical experience,and improved the satisfaction of doctors,nurses and patients.
