Study on the Effect of Clamping Area on the Filtration Performance of Particulate Matter in Melt-blown Cloth and Its Correlation

摘  要:本研究采用3种夹持面积对熔喷布样品(n=31)进行过滤性能测试,实验得到3条过滤效率曲线Zd、Zz、Zx和3条通气阻力曲线Pd、Pz、Px。这些曲线纵向明显存在间距|ΔZ|和|ΔP|,且ZxPz>Pd。实验证明,夹持面积的大小与过滤效率的测试结果明显正相关,与通气阻力的测试结果更加明显的负相关。由Pearson相关性分析发现,熔喷布样品的过滤效率与通气阻力有显著正相关性,3种夹持面积下的相关系数均大于0.4 (p<0.01)。此外,熔喷布厚度与单位面积质量有极显著正相关性(r=0.897,p<0.01),而与过滤效率和通气阻力无显著相关性。熔喷布单位面积质量与过滤效率和通气阻力存在弱显著正相关性。Use three clamping area of melt-blown fabric samples(n=31)conduct filtering performance tests,three filtration efficiency curves(Z large,Z medium,Z small) and three ventilation resistance curves(P large,P medium,P small)were obtained.Curves of the longitudinal spacing obvious |ΔZ| and |ΔP|,and Z small Pmedium>P large.Experimental results showd that the size of the clamping area was significantly positively correlated with the test results of filtration efficiency,and was more significantly negatively correlated with the test results of ventilation resistance.Pearson correlation analysis showed that the filtration efficiency of the melt blown cloth sample was significantly positively correlated with the ventilation resistance.The correlation coefficients under the three clamping areas were all greater than 0.4(p<0.01).In addition,the thickness of melt-blown cloth was positively correlated with the mass per unit area(r=0.897,p<0.01),but had no significant correlation with filtration efficiency and ventilation resistance.There is a weak and significant positive correlation between the mass per unit area of melt-blown cloth and filtration efficiency and ventilation resistance.
