摘　　要：《医师法》的制定,遵循医师成长规律、诊疗规律、临床医学的风险属性、卫生事业发展规律,多维度架构和完善了我国的医师管理制度,对维护医师合法权益、促进医疗行业健康发展具有重要意义。The formulation of the Physician Law follows the law of physicians’growth,diagnosis and treatment,the risk attribute of clinical medicine and the law of health development,and constructs and perfects China’s physician management system in multiple dimensions,which is of great significance for safeguarding physician’legitimate rights and interests and promoting the healthy development of the medical industry.
